Exceptional fine quality by Yossi Swed, Israel limited edition sterling silver and vermeil Judaica folding book form mechanical box with bi-fold doors opening to reveal a two part compartment for an Etrog. Signed Yossi Swed (logo), 925, Israel, and Numbered 38/65. The book form mechanical box with a few manipulations & maneuvers as well as by the press of a button or two becomes a Etrog box as shown in the photos for carrying the Etrog during the festival of Sukkot. Quotation from Isaiah 11:16 to Book Spine "…the leopard will lie down with the goat". Measures (closed) 8 and 3/4 inches in height and 7-1/2 inches in width.

Wonderful set of four George III sterling silver covered entree dishes by illustrious London silversmith William Frisbee London, Circa 1809 with gadroon border with rounded rectangular form topped with heraldic finials. The set of four weigh 200 troy oz., measuring 12x9 inches and 6 inches in height to top of finial. About Wm. Frisbee: William Frisbee Son of John Frisbee of the Old Bailey Citizen and Tallow Chandler of London, apprenticed to John Crouch of Giltspur Street London Goldsmith on payment of £10 5 October 1774. Free, 6 February 1782. Mark entered as plateworker, in partnership with John Edwards, 12 April 1791. Address: 48 Jewin Street. Second mark alone, 11 January 1792. Address: 51 Cock Lane, Snowhill. Third mark, in partnership with Paul Storr, 2 May 1792. Address: 5 (?51) Cock Lane. Fourth mark alone, 23 June 1798. (Storr had entered his own seperate mark, January 1793, so that Frisbee's activities between that date and his 1798 mark remained conjectural. Was he still perhaps working with Storr?). Fifth mark, 2 June 1801. Address: Inner Court, Bridewell Hospital. Livery, October 1806. Sixth mark, in partnership with his son John, 10 September 1811. Address: Bridewell Hospital. Seventh similar mark, 11 May 1814. Three of his sons were apprenticed to their father: the first John, 6 March 1799, when William Frisbee is 'Of Cow Lane London' the second son William, 1 October 1806, and the third Daniel Luffman, 4 January 1809.

The service is of large scale & very heavy consisting of: tilting hot water kettle on stand with amazing construction to the burner which is housed within the entire base serving as reservoir & burner, teapot, coffeepot, sugar bowl, cream pitcher, waste bowl & matching silver soldered massive tray. The service is in wonderful estate condition & weighs an incredible 205 troy ounces without the matching original silver soldered tray. The service bears hallmarks as shown of: Tiffany & co. makers, sterling silver, 925-1000 m 4685 to the left of makers & 405 to the right of makers. The M mark was used 1873 - 1901 under the directorship of Edward Moore.

Each piece is exquisitely monogrammed matching the beautiful art deco style with nicely carved ebony wooden handles. Marks: PUIFORCAT, (Minerva), (E-baton-P)This set consists of: hot water samovar 18 inches in height, chocolate pot 9 and 1/2 inches in height, tea pot 8 inches in height, coffee pot 9 inches in height, cream jug 4 inches in height, covered sugar bowl 6 inches in height, waste bowl 3 and 1/4 inches, and original matching silver plated tray 28 and 1/2 inches handle to handle.This set weighs 230 t oz. without the tray.  It is important to note French tea sets were typically made with silver plated trays.  The tray with a shaped reeded and scrolled, stepped border, flanked by scrolled acanthus and architectural handles, monogrammed to center.

The tea set is in a very good condition, and very nice patina. The border of the pieces are decorated with a geometric lines.  The weight of the set is 250 t oz.

Complete sterling silver tea & coffee service with tray by the Schofield Co. Baltimore Md. Circa 1910 in the grape & vine design with clusters of grapes & vine decoration adorning all of the pieces. The tea service consists of Teapot 12 inches in height , Coffeepot 14 inches in height, covered sugar bowl 9 & 1/2 inches in height 5 & 7/8 inches in height, waste bowl 5 & 7/8 inches in height & matching oval twin handled tray / waiter measuring 26 inches by 18 inches. The service is in excellent condition bearing hallmarks of Schofield as shown. The service weighs 212 troy ounces. History of the Schofield Company:  Frank M. Schofield was born in 1873 in Providence RI. He apprenticed and worked at the Gorham Mfg. Co. for 8 years. Frank Schofield arrived in Baltimore in June 1899. Frank M. Schofield’s great, great grandfather John Schofield had been an English Silversmith in London in the years 1740-1772. In 1871, Frank’s parents Allen and Ann (nee Bradley) came to the United States from England, and settled in Providence RI.
